NCKU Regulations for Intercollegiate Course Enrollment
Intercollegiate course enrollment:
- In principle, students are allowed to apply for intercollegiate course enrollment on the condition that the courses are not offered by NCKU in the current semester. (However, undergraduate students applying for a flexible study program as draftees born after December 31, 2004 to complete education and military service within the regular four years of study or those failing to enroll courses at NCKU under special circumstances (graduating students and deferred students) may submit an application specifying reasons with proof of scheduling conflict for intercollegiate course enrollment, which shall be approved by the relevant authorities.)
- NCKU students are allowed to enroll in courses at other schools with a maximum of one-third of the total credits taken for the current semester (except flexible study program students, deferred students and graduate students).
- No scheduling conflicts shall arise between externally-enrolled classes (including travel time) and NCKU-enrolled classes.
- Students are required to acquire the consent form from NCKU to apply to other schools for intercollegiate course enrollment.
|
|
A reciprocal fee collection for intercollegiate course enrollment (the actual fee amount is subject to the final approval of the course-offering school)
|
- NCKU undergraduate students are exempt from credit fees for course enrollment at National Sun Yat-sen University, National Chung Hsing University, or National Chung Cheng University, except for retaking courses previously failed, deferred graduation, education programs and specialized programs.
- NCKU students (including undergraduate, master's and doctoral students) are exempt from credit fees for course enrollment at Tainan National University of the Arts (TNNUA), except for the teacher education program and specialized programs.
- List of courses offered by TNNUA for NCKU students (yet to be provided): Upon completion of an enrollment application for courses listed above at NCKU, it is considered that your intercollegiate course enrollment at TNNUA is completed. While you are not required to process any application at TNNUA, please upload the data files for the course list at the link of “uploading of data files for intercollegiate course enrollment” at the webpage of (4) Course Review on the application system to indicate that your course enrollment is completed. However, if you intend to enroll in a course that is not included in the TNNUA course list, you have to bring an NCKU consent form to TNNUA to complete your course enrollment.
